2025 Outlook:
The Capers have the all the hallmarks of a good team with a solid frontrunner in Leo Ferrey who will lead the team's efforts and a deep pack that will close the door quickly on other teams. If someone can emerge from the pack and bridge the gap to Ferrey, Cape Elizabeth could compete for a top 3 spot in B.

2025 Outlook:
The Crusaders have a senior heavy squad that will be looking to surprise some teams in 2026. If Rand can finish in the top few and the pack moves up, the Crusaders can compete for a regional championship this year.

2025 Outlook:
The Vikings narrowly qualified for the State Meet last year and will be looking to improve on that result in 2026.  Since they do not have a true frontrunner, Oxford Hills will need to see improvement from the 4 and 5 positions.  Bryce Roy had a good freshman year, breaking 19 minutes.  If he can move up to the front of their pack, and Lennox Hill or another runner can close the gap to the rest of their top four, the Vikings can be a very good team in 2026.
